Student Membership Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in membership with the HFMA San Diego-Imperial Chapter. Our chapter has a limited number of funds allocated towards student membership scholarships that provide access to Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) education, resources and networking events for a year at no cost to you.

In order to qualify for a student membership scholarship, individuals must:

1. Be enrolled in accredited college
2. Be in the final year of completing a 2 or 4-year degree in healthcare finance, administration, public health, healthcare delivery or another related field
3. Commit to volunteering with one of the HFMA San Diego -Imperial Chapter committee (Few hours a month commitment. Committee details can be found at details at https://hfmasandiego.org/chapter-information)
4. Complete the application form below

Applications for student membership scholarships are processed on a first-come first-served basis, all scholarships are presented to the HFMA San Diego-Imperial Chapter Board for approval during chapter board meetings. Please contact Alece Hon at a1hon@health.ucsd.edu for additional questions.
