Faculty Membership Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in membership with the HFMA San Diego-Imperial Chapter. Our chapter has a limited number of funds allocated towards faculty membership scholarships. Faculty membership scholarship covers professional HFMA membership for a year providing recipient(s) access to industry leading events, conferences, access to industry resources, classes, and certification.

In order to qualify for a faculty membership scholarship applicant must:

1. Be actively teaching at an accredited college in the San Diego or Imperial County
2. Be actively teaching Healthcare Finance or related fields
3. Partner with HFMA San Diego Imperial County Chapter on multiple educational events
4. Complete the application form below

Scholarship applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. All scholarships are presented to the HFMA San Diego-Imperial Chapter Board for approval during chapter board meetings. Please contact Alece Hon at a1hon@health.ucsd.edu for additional questions.
